- Children between 10 and 16 years of age (children under the age of 9 are entitled to the Free ticket)
- Groups over 25 people (if arrive by bus, one free ticket for both the group leader).

- Non-autonomous people with disabilities + one caregiver (see the Note below)
Disabilities:
Seriously disabled visitors, not able to ambulate independently, are entitled to the free ticket as well as one caregiver.
Autonomous visitors, even if with a certified 100% grade of disability, are entitled to the reduced-price ticket (€ 5). The same ticket is recognized to one caregiver.
